WHAT WE DO

Objectives
Empowerment through Education

Ruralmgram recognizes education as a fundamental tool for empowerment. It conducts various educational programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of rural women in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and financial management

Skill Development

The organization offers skill development workshops and training sessions to equip women with the necessary skills for successful entrepreneurship in agriculture-related activities. These workshops cover topics such as organic farming techniques, crop diversification, value addition, and marketing strategies.

Access to Resources

Ruralmgram facilitates access to essential resources such as land, seeds, tools, and credit facilities, enabling women to start and sustain their agricultural ventures. By bridging the gap between rural women and resources, the organization fosters economic independence and self-reliance.

Market Linkages

Recognizing the importance of market linkages for sustainable livelihoods, Ruralmgram establishes connections between rural women entrepreneurs and potential buyers. Through partnerships with local markets, cooperatives, and online platforms, the organization helps women access wider markets for their agricultural products.

Capacity Building

Ruralmgram invests in building the capacity of rural women to become effective leaders and change-makers in their communities. It promotes leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and confidence among women, enabling them to advocate for their rights and interests.

Technology and Innovation
Harness the power of technology and innovation to enhance agricultural productivity, efficiency, and sustainability for rural women entrepreneurs. Promote the adoption of digital tools, precision agriculture techniques, climate-smart practices, and agri-tech solutions tailored to the needs and contexts of rural communities. Collaborate with technology providers, research institutions, and startups to develop and customize innovative solutions that address the specific challenges faced by women in agriculture.
