We maintains strict optimist and donor privacy policies to protect the integrity and privacy of personal information gathered from our supporters and visitors through all of our communication channels, as well as from visitors to our Websites and those who donate through them.

We do not sell, exchange or rent your personal information to any organization or individual. We will not divulge personal information to any other organization or individual other than that necessary to transact, fulfill and or account for online donations that you have authorized.

Ruralmgram will only use your phone number and email address if we need to verify information or to thank you for your contribution, ask for your opinion, request your assistance, or invite you to a special event or any other matter as decided by the team. This information helps us in serving you better.

Needless to say we are bound to co-operate fully when situation requires us to do so, like by law or legal process, we have to provide information about our supporters. However, Ruralmgram does have the liberty to share the personal information with our internal team to better serve you and the needs of our organisation.

Personal information stored in Ruralmgram database is protected with a secured login with authentication, assignment of a unique ID to each person with computer access and user IDs are deactivated or terminated as needed. We give training to our staff in how to handle information securely.
